Tazeniq Operations

Tazeniq combines trusted technology retail with local product assembly, testing, packaging and distribution in Nigeria. Selling technology teaches us how it performs here — and handling assembly, quality checks and fulfilment ourselves lets us act on what we learn.

Product Retail

Where customers meet the technology.

Retail is our starting point and our listening post. Customers can see, hold and compare phones, accessories, electronics, smart home devices and security products before deciding.

Our team is trained to explain trade-offs plainly — battery life, storage, connectivity, power behaviour — so people choose technology that actually fits how they live and work.

  • Guided product comparison
  • Clear specifications
  • Warranty and after-sales support

Local Assembly

Assembled and finished in Nigeria.

In our assembly workspace, technicians put together and finish devices using components sourced from qualified suppliers. This is assembly and integration work — not component manufacturing.

Working locally means we can adjust build details, firmware and configuration based on what our own customers and support team report.

  • Device assembly and integration
  • Firmware loading and configuration
  • Traceable work stations

Quality Assurance

Tested before it reaches anyone.

Every assembled unit goes through a structured test routine at our testing station: power and charging, connectivity, sensors and audio, firmware behaviour and a final functional check.

Units that pass move on to packaging. Units that fail are separated, diagnosed and either reworked or removed. The findings feed straight back into assembly.

  • Power and charging checks
  • Connectivity and firmware checks
  • Pass / fail separation and rework

Packaging & Fulfilment

Packed, tracked and dispatched.

Tested products are packed, labelled and recorded in our inventory workspace, then dispatched to retail, online customers and business orders.

Keeping packaging and stock control in-house means orders stay traceable and returns or warranty replacements can be handled without guesswork.

  • Branded packaging
  • Retail, online and business dispatch

Tazeniq Labs

Research and engineering behind the operation.

Tazeniq Labs supports research, engineering, prototyping and future product development. It takes what retail, assembly, testing and support reveal, and works on practical technical answers — tested in real Nigerian conditions before anything is offered to customers.
